Malavikas Black Beach Resort

I alongwith my group reached the hotel after sunset and left after breakfast. The latch of bathroom door was broken. Hotel has no inhouse dining room. We had to walk down 100 mtrs to have complementary breakfast.

Stay was very bad I had taken Deluxe room and room is so small in bathroom there is no hangers to hold the clothes and staff are so neglected complimentary tiffen was not there in property they sent has to another property very bad experience with make my trip

No dining room. Had to walk down 100 meters for breakfast. No teakit. Should have informed beforehand that there is no inhouse dining room. No utensils to have food in the room.

The property was good but the rooms were too small. They changed our room to a little bigger one upon request. the bathroom had no ventilation which was a problem . They have different property in same area so we had to go for breakfast and dinner to the othr property which was good and beach side.

What pictures was shown while booking the hotel and what was actual was different...no swimming pool, no room service, no restaurant, TV only malayalam channels.

Firstly, despite the advertisement of a buffet breakfast, we were directed to have our breakfast at another hotel. This was quite inconvenient and did not align with our expectations. Additionally, the hotel claimed to have a swimming pool, which turned out to be false. We were instead given a coupon to use a pool at another hotel. This felt very misleading..

the stay was comfortable but we expected to see swimming pool within the property. we couldn't use the TV. neither we can use the swimming pool because of the distance

1. Toilet Flush was not working and we had to shift to another room (But I should this - they provided us an ac room with no additional cost) 2. For one of the rooms, they didnt provide us a lock. We had to place our valuables in another room when we went outside 3. Swimming pool, Restaurant etc are in separate properties.

Not a beach resort. Just a resort very close to black beach. No view of beach.

washroom smell bad. termites on furniture. no proper reception. not enough towel, toiletries.

if you want to sleep only this resort is ok , tv is not working,i got room no A7, my rating is average to this resort

Property is NOT exactly on the beach, You have to walk for 10 mins to go to the beach Price is High, you will easily get Beach side resort at a lower price. There is no restaurant in the resort. Rooms are not that much worth. The rooms are not like a resort.. the interior seems to be basic hotel room. No facilities in this property.

The stay was good. The staff are cooperative. The main attraction is that the property is at a walkable distance to black sand beach. The black beach group have their own restaurant on the beach side with good food. The room was average. The bathroom is clean. Overall good stay

location is good. service was poor. we had booked a complementary breakfast, but they said no breakfast included. I have to show the booking details, again at the restaurant the incharge asked me 5 times the room number in front of other guests and also confused and said you are not in the room. No coordination and unprofessional handling of guest

property was good, vibe was good, haven't tried their food, a bit far from the beach loacation

Pathetic service and staff. Rooms were not good and washroom’s were dirty.
