location is good. service was poor. we had booked a complementary breakfast, but they said no breakfast included. I have to show the booking details, again at the restaurant the incharge asked me 5 times the room number in front of other guests and also confused and said you are not in the room. No coordination and unprofessional handling of guest

property was good, vibe was good, haven't tried their food, a bit far from the beach loacation

Pathetic service and staff. Rooms were not good and washroom’s were dirty.

Room was ok . No person preset reception counter at the time of check in . All formalities done by security guard

We had a wonderful stay at Malavikas Black Beach Resort! The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. A special thanks to Sujeesh for arranging a seamless stay and an amazing one-day sightseeing tour. The one day sightseeing tour included Jatayu sculpture visit, Kaveri Elephant park, Mangrove forest (boating) and Kapil beach.. We also had a complementary breakfast as we booked via Make my trip app...and i must say the food was amazingly yummy. The resort's ambiance was serene, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also want to appreciate Dileep who drove us to all the places and appreciate all the efforts for his guidance and for taking us to all the must-visit places in Varkala. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again on our next trip to Varkala. Highly recommended! Thank you Black beach resort team!

Good experience with Malavika black beach resort providing the good ambiance for people who were staying over there and the resort had quite green aura experience

The room was clean and water is good. Close to beach. It was good staying there. We have water and large area for parking too. Over all good.

Rooms are clean and neat but way of handling guest is so uncomfortable and one more thing they suggest for rental bike but he fraud us he asked for rupees 2000 for advance and 700 for rent i paid it fully but the advance was not return fully i received only 1000 remaining i didn't get yet main thing he is one of the working staff in that resort and i had payment proof also mainly the both of them not picking the calls from us kindly please consider this

Clean room, staffs are very professional in responding, allotment of car parking even if we availed basic rooms. And unexpectedly we got swimming pool access to other property owned by this resort. Best choice for family stays.

Shower not working. Room condition is not according to the pricing. No beach view. No food facility available in room.

they are maintaing is very good da but inside the room no have in walkmate and dustbin da... they will be giving breakfast that will okay or bad? compare with to malavika resort to breakfast is very good excellent..they provide in to black beach resort...the resort will neat and clean and the food is okay da the resort will booking which option is online Booking is good are direct booking is good? you select to book with online da online booking is okay that will be good da...incase you will go to book with directly your room are good

Decent rooms and stay although there are some minor concerns . Breakfast was good and proximity to beach is good

No proper service provided. No towels and door mats provided. But the location of resort is a plus to the trip. Can opt for stay if you can ignore the above cons.

Not even one percent worth for the money paid .. poor service … door locks are not working ..unless we ask for cleaning or waterbottle , it’s not provided .. overall not worth
