Sand castle

It's a good and decent resort located in the north cliff. The location is good, if you come out you can see the sea. Papanasam beach and black sand beach are at walkable distance. The resort does not have a restaurant, but there are near by restaurant. The rooms were small but very clean and well maintained washroom also were near and clean. But they should have atleast kept the kettle and tea option in the room, that's not available, you will get one water bottle only and after that if you need a warer you have to buy. Services are good, the workers are attentive, if you need a cab they will arrange. Overall experience - its a decent and budget friendly resort.

The place is actually on the north cliff just beside the cliff road. Budget rooms are pretty big for 2 persons with Ac and geyser working perfectly. Room and washrooms are clean, hygienic and well maintained. The view rooms don’t have much of view, but those Rooms are big . A great stay option for 2 people per room. For people travelling by car, you can park in helipad easily.

It was really good experience with sand castle as the room was very near to beach we can play over and come to refresh. And good restaurants you can see near the room.

Location wise good, but the hotel rooms are very small, we carrying the luggage almost 300 mtrs, no room service, bath room lock also not there in some rooms, we booked three triple occupancy, but in one room not able to put a extra bed also, but location very near to cliff thank you. I don't have

Rooms are not spacious. Staff were cordial and helpful. No tv in rooms. Not worthy for the amount paid.

Amazing stay, the owner is very helpful in nature, he recommended us to a licensed boat safari in mangrove forest. We will definitely recommend this to our family and friends. Property is on the helipad, you'll definitely enjoy the view easily every time you wake up.

Location of the property is very near to varkala helipad, from there may 150 m walk, hotel care taker mr mithun send his person to the helipad to bring our luggage’s, it was a very nice gesture from their side. Room is very neat and clean and even toilet also. We liked our stay very much. We will recommend others to visit. The property is on north cliff and from first floor room sea is visible.
