WEST BAY MARISOL

I had a great experience at this WEST BAY MARISOL! The room was neat and clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were very cooperative, and I’d like to give special mention to the front desk executive (though I forgot her name)—she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The kitchen and dining areas were spotless, and the food was not only tasty but also served neatly. Initially, the swimming pool hours were from 8 AM to 6 PM, but when we mentioned our difficulty in using it during those hours, they kindly adjusted the schedule to accommodate us. It made the experience even more enjoyable. Moreover, I felt that the WEST BAY MARISOL was very safe and secure, especially for ladies, which added an extra layer of comfort during our stay.

I would like to point out the facility served the expectation and the stay was very comfortable. The staff members were very accommodating. The a few amenities were missing in the room like there was no bath towels and the room service, eventhough they responded, did not deliver a request. But overall I enjoyed my stay in your property. The property is newly constructed with pool area and is just walking distance from black beach. The rooms are very good and the food being the main highlight is yum. Further the staff is friendly with quick service. Overall experience was very good. Will prefer booking this WEST BAY MARISOL on my next visit.

Location of property is very nice ,good facilities and food.

The food was great, staff was hospitable , rooms were clean and spacious , overall a really great experience It’s near the Varkala beach and black beach so perf location for morning excursions Would highly recommend !!! Breakfast buffet could have had more options and different !

Facilities are avg, landline is setup in bathroom weirdly. Hotwater takes more than 10 mins.No proper menu availability in the WEST BAY MARISOL.
