3rd Class treatment
Don’t stay in this Hotel,Pathway to this property is 15 feet road, we are unable to go with SUV Cars, we should park it somewhere! Also I booked DELUXE AC room, but they allotted Normal Ac Room!b Very worst experience

However, we'd like to clarify that SUV vehicles can access our property without any issues, and we do have dedicated parking space available. Regarding the room type, the room was allotted as per your own selection during the check in time. Initially, we had arranged a DELUXE AC room on the second floor, but since you found it difficult to climb the stairs, you were shifted to a first floor room based on your preference. We also had alternative rooms available, and we would have been happy to assist with a change had you informed our reception. Location is quite near to beach.. A place where you may visit with family, friends or even solo. The staff is very helpful, cooperative and friendly..

Location good near beach. Room on 2 nd floor no lift. No restaurant in premises. Walking distance restaurant.

property is located near to Varkala Beach. TV is not available in this location good for family staying.

don't go in season.. property is owners property it's not a hotel..forget the word called service.. be there see there stay there.. am disappointed with MakeMyTrip

Good and safe stay
Pros: Rooms are neat and clean, staffs are friendly, parking facility available, very near to north cliff and Black sand beach, walkable distance. Cons: Hotel is located in a narrow road, for around 500m we have to travel in a narrow road to reach the hotel . But If the person is used to drive in Kerala, it won't be a problem.

Walkable distance to Varkala cliff
Need to drive carefully on a narrower road to reach Hotel. Enough parking space available and room were neat & clean. Hotel is just 4 mins walk able distance from North cliff beach. Enjoyed dining at Darjeeling Cafe as per the recommendation from Hotel staff.

Average Stay
We had a good 1 night stay. The hotel was near the beach & cliff where the market, restaurant & souvenir shops are . that's a good plus. ours was a standard AC room at ground floor. it had a small issue of foul odour which didn't go even after they sprayed room freshner. this room could be avoided if possible. otherwise property seems well maintained.

It’s so clean and well maintained rooms with affordable rates. I’ll definitely visit again. The bathroom was so fresh and clean. We had a wonderful stay in a neat accommodation. Maintain this clean and fresh look always....

We had a good time. Location is amazing, few steps away from beach . Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very good staff.

travelled varkala for weekend trip.food is not here. zomoto service is there. through auto i reached this property from station. auto they charged 150. room is very good. tv not there.

Good for the price.
For the price, it’s good. The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. There's a shortcut to the cliff about 200 meters away, making it quite convenient. The parking space is available, though the road is a bit narrow but manageable. There was an issue with the hot water, but since it’s summer, it wasn’t a major concern.

Average Stay
The ac room was average and there was no room service facility available. There is no restaurant in the property, but as the North cliff is within 100 metres you have plenty of options available there. I took the facility as it was very near to North cliff. The road to the property was very narrow so big cars might find difficult to reach there. Parking facility was available.
