Food is not upto the standard but costly, Taxi fare is too high in resort owned taxi room is ok only compared to the price

Not hygienic, with bed bugs and every kind of disaster you can imagine on holiday. Firstly they did not provide sea view room as i opted for and when asked for the started giving excuses that the sea view room is not in proper condition. If it is not in proper condition why you have listed Then we said we'll manage with same just the sea view room for which we had paid. The bathroom is not easily accessible. The room was damp. They switched off the corridor light where only we were accommodated.

they provided room after 1hr of checkin time. room was dirty and floor was moist. ac started leaking after 15mins. so were stuck with a moist and hot room. no water in the morning. staff is not cooperative at all. no response even after complaints. please never ever book this hotel. thats the case with almost all the guests.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus — it’s right on the North Cliff, within walking distance to both the black sand beach and Varkala Beach. The views and accessibility make it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. The quality of the rooms doesn’t match the price charged, and cleanliness standards were quite poor. The room wasn’t cleaned unless specifically requested, and there were bed bugs, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the swimming pool was extremely dirty, With better maintenance, proper cleaning, and attention to hygiene, this place could live up to its great location — but for now, it’s not worth the rate they charge.

Stay is not upto the mark , swimming pool is nice ambience is nice but service is very bad if run into any issue you need to wait for an hour's to resolve that for us whatever we faced still it is not resolved we book for our vacation with so much of exception but we are very disappoint and in the room floor was too slipper even I fell down they won't even provide the door mat and room and ambiance is completed gives fishy smell. Asked for water bottle in the morning and received it in the afternoon.

The location was excellent, and the room was both spacious and thoughtfully designed. The support staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, the local management left much to be desired. They provided only one contact number, which went unanswered around 9 PM—an especially concerning lapse in case of emergencies. The following morning, a different number not responded to my call but responded with a message promising a callback, but no one ever followed up.Additionally, since the hotel’s restaurant was under renovation, they had partnered with a nearby eatery. Unfortunately, the office staff failed to communicate our booking to the restaurant, leading to an awkward and avoidable situation. The lack of coordination and accountability from the management significantly impacted an otherwise pleasant experience.

The stay was horrible….not worth the money…Pool and room was not cleaned adequately and we couldn’t use the pool..food delivery etc was not upto the mark and we didn’t get the food..service was very poor the kept complaining about staff shortages..overall this place is extremely different from as shown in the picture. Not all recommendated and we will get better resorts for this rate

Service was excellent all the staff and amenities including room service was excellent . Staff were helpful and caring .Special thanks to Srilatha for ensuring room allocation in a timely manner

2 days I was there .. for 2 days no ..swimming pool under maintenance only .. restaurant also very limited dishes.

There was no tv ac temperature was automatically set to 27 only Can't adjust Restaurant service was bad, almost 2 hours for 4 parotta and chicken curry

Pros The beach is extremely near to the resort. You have direct access to the cliff walk from the resort and <1min you are on the beach The breakfast , though options were less , was extremely good Cons There are some stuff you expect when you book a resort room. None of them were there I had 2 rooms booked - if it was missing in only one room , could understand that it was just a miss No Towels in room , no phone to call and ask for towels , no dental kit , had to go and collect reception number to make phone calls from our phone No TV in one room , and while we were just about to get a eye , came to fix a new TV in room. For someone who give importance to where they stay and amenities at the stay - this is a no go.

the hotel management has given another room other than the booking, the same was informed to make my trip customer service , they assured that our booking room will be given later they asked me to wait for 1 hr in the night and asked us to cancel the booking the staff were very rude and hotel room given was very dirty and stinky smell

A beautiful property but the services provided are poor. Rooms are not maintained properly. Buffet services are inadequate. The management lacks the ability to maintain the property efficiency.

value for money, I am completely happy with the customer service and amenities provided by the resort, improvement points - 1 current fluctuations due to heavy rains 2 - due to heavy rain water was leaking from the ceiling

Place is really good. Very nice resort and staff. Would definitely recommend. Very close to north cliff.

Apart from the location there is nothing unique about the resort. Staff are managing as much as they can. Due to the location it’s always full which in turn makes guest service not much of importance to them. We had to go down to the reception every time to get basic amenities like towels, water bottles etc. rooms are very average with faulty fitting and stuffed pillow covers. Linens are very old and near to end. To be short NOT A WELL MAINTAINED RESORT. But if you prefer an expensive room very near to black beach then go for it. LOCATION is the only plus point. If the management put in effort to renew the resort it would be a killer resort in Varkala that’s for sure.
