Leisure valley beach resort is just 500 m away from edava beach. It was beautiful stay and the hygiene was top notch. We will get home prepared meals here. Everything was great about this stay. But we don't have a sea view from this resort but it is situated in a calm and serene area, if they expand with other amenities like a swimming pool then it will be great.

The stay was wonderful because of the following reasons - 1. Clean and spacious rooms 2. Good hospitality by the host 3. Perfect locations in varkala very quiet and peaceful- easy to visit kappil and edava beaches 4. Good food only thing was the twin room has two separate beds combined. 5. They had two wheelers to hire at affordable cost.

Functional neat rooms, was able to hold a family of four (two kids) with a king bed and a single bed, nice swimming pool, a string of cottages with benches to sit outside. Food was good and homely. Only thing is it was over priced being christmas time. It's close to a beach and then varkala beach is also nearby accessible thru car.

The experience was good. Individual cottages with standard room amenities. Breakfast provided can only be rated average. The property does not have a beach but is only about 3 kms away from the beach. Family friendly. Staff were courteous and helpful. There are no recreational spots within the property but the cottages look pretty.

Good resort near the beach. Well planned. Nice breakfast. Reception folks are very humble and helpful. Only thing they should take care of is entry and exit it's a complete blind spot. They should at least install a mirror.

Resort location is near beach. There was an explorable place nearby which was super cool. Resort maintenance was good and rooms were neat and clean. Resort has capability to arrange rental bikes quick to explore
