Food was not at all there Breakfast was good but local cusine Room was good

very good stay , very neat and clean rooms with all facilities, very good staff, very fresh and green area gives a feal as we are in hill Station

Functional neat rooms, was able to hold a family of four (two kids) with a king bed and a single bed, nice swimming pool, a string of cottages with benches to sit outside. Food was good and homely. Only thing is it was over priced being christmas time. It's close to a beach and then varkala beach is also nearby accessible thru car.

Good resort near the beach. Well planned. Nice breakfast. Reception folks are very humble and helpful. Only thing they should take care of is entry and exit it's a complete blind spot. They should at least install a mirror.

Overall stay was good. Nice cottages with all the required. Breakfast was good as well. The only point we felt is beaches are not at walking distance as depicted in listings.

Room is clean, break fast is ok, but service is not so good, tv not working, tea, coffee not available in the room, rent is little expensive.

Leisure valley beach resort is just 500 m away from edava beach. It was beautiful stay and the hygiene was top notch. We will get home prepared meals here. Everything was great about this stay. But we don't have a sea view from this resort but it is situated in a calm and serene area, if they expand with other amenities like a swimming pool then it will be great.

Property was well maintained and clean rooms, the staff was extremely polite and helpful. If i will be visiting varkala again i'll go for leisure valley again.

Ambience of resort was good and room was clean. In 500 mts, we will be able to reach beach. And in 2. 5 kms, we can reach varkala cliff. Bikes can be rented from resort.

The stay was wonderful because of the following reasons - 1. Clean and spacious rooms 2. Good hospitality by the host 3. Perfect locations in varkala very quiet and peaceful- easy to visit kappil and edava beaches 4. Good food only thing was the twin room has two separate beds combined. 5. They had two wheelers to hire at affordable cost.

Beautiful ambience great hospitality. Really loved their home cooked food. It was top notch. All staffs were very customer friendly. Thanks to mr. Khar and his family.

Resort location is near beach. There was an explorable place nearby which was super cool. Resort maintenance was good and rooms were neat and clean. Resort has capability to arrange rental bikes quick to explore

The stay was not marvelous however it was good. Calm place without any disturbance
