Review Of Kalptaru home stay

Property is located near to the Mahakal temple. This was my first time to Ujjain however the friendly nature of Owner helped me to be comfortable the day itself when I arrived. He also helped me with the early check-in as my train reached 5:30am. Compared to the cost, the room was good. Would recommend if you travel solo. Hot water, AC and comfortable bed are the good part. Since my major time was outside the room , i had only spent the night sleeping time. I would rate 4/5 for the room.

Staying in kalpataru was pleasant and calm, clean, peaceful, bed and the mattress was good and comfortable, the mattress was medium hard so it was very good for proper sleep, especially for back pain and elders. Ac was perfectly cooling and tv have most of the channels. Some suggestions 1. Keep dial phone 2. Keep toilet soaps shampoo ready or ask the customer in starting only if they need or not. 3. Keep some water and water glass 4. Keep some shirt hanger

The homestay is situated in a bad neighbourhood and there was dirt on the floor when we got there. The stairs to reach the room was super cramped up and the room itself is very small. It had only a bed and no other space to even dress. The toilet was clean but very very very small. Not recommended for the price

Pathetic service of the hotel. It’s very small room with no service at all. Not even drinking water were provided. The blanket which was provided on the room was pathetic. The price was also quite high if compared to nearby hotels.

The owner is very helpful and polite. The staff is equally cooperative and well mannered. Easy access from railway station. Room is a bit small but otherwise clean.

Property was well maintained and raviraj is generous host. Although he was not available due to his work, he made available from his side.

Rooms are small and not tidy. Not worth for money. Wasted lot of money on it. Response from keeper is not good.

Pleasant stay at kalpataru, nice hospitality, strategically located. Close by to main temple. Worth stay.

The place was very clean and very near to mahakal temple. The host helped us through out the journey. Will totally recommend the place.

I went with my family and found this place near by railway station on a walking distance. Food can be ordered from outside and ask the caretaker as well. Really a family oriented stay

The property owner is very good helping guy. Who helped in visiting ujjain. Rooms and wash rooms are very clean.

It’s a very pleasant, comfortable like at home stay. Property is new and very well maintained, have ambience. Near to mahakal look ( corridor) and sri mahakal mandir. Property owner/ manager is very nice, gentle, supportive and well knowledgeable guide. I highly recommend this property to any visiting ujjain.

The owner is very friendly. He will be ready to help u and will give his best to help u. The rooms are well organised and clean. Room space is enough to accommodate comfortably. One of the best hotels i have spend time in. Thank you mr. Raviraj for your assistance.
