Excellent service.. room and washroom were very cleaned .. staff were very polite and helpful.. owner is also very helpful. you are coming to Ujjain, then book this room only because the hotel’s location is on the walking route to the temple, and it’s not a crowded area either.

Ye Home stay Hotel Bahot Ghatiya he. Me jab Room me Enter hua tab Bathroom me Saap k 15cm jitne bachhe aa gaye bad me jo kam karta he usko bulaya wo pakad k le gaya iske bad 5 minute bad turant dusra Saap ka bachha aa gaya tab owner ko call kiya to wo kehta aap cancel kar dijiye booking. aur chale jaiye. owner hotel pe aata hi nahi tha mene bahot bar bat Kiya wo itna hi bolta tha aap chale jaiye dusri jagah. Room Clean Nahi he. Room me Gatilya Badbu bhi aa raha tha. Parking bhi nahi he. Parking me bhi usne kaha ki aap temple k parking me rakh dijiye car.

Very poor experience. The hotel is located in a narrow, dirty lane with a bad smell due to open drainage. No parking available, and frequent power cuts, especially in the morning. Hot water is only available in the morning, unlike what was mentioned online. Totally opposite of the description.
