The staff was friendly and all the essential amenities were available.

It is newly built and fresh. Only one thing to note, you need to buy your own water. Owner provides RO water in a dispenser. Owner, care taker and cleaning people were all good. AC and electricity all the time. No TVs and other secondary amenities.
