1 - warm welcome by ajit sir at 5 am. 2 - neat n clean all the rooms n bathrooms. 3 - spacious and fully hygienic. 4 - guidance provided by ajit sir where to go n where to eat n all other things. 5 - 200 meters from railway station n near by dewas road where you will get hygienic food restaurants. 6 - prime location with all the places nearby. 7 - we are traveling with taxi. They provided extra bed n blanket for driver as well. 8 - about ajit sir, always smiley face with co-operative approach. 9 - my father n my mother in law loved the place. They feel like home away from home. Thank you so much ajit sir for your help
