had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, well-maintained and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hygiene was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and all the basic amenities were available. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Definitely recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay

Property food was as good as hotel. Location was near to everything like station, temple, and restaurants; it was within walking distance. When you travel to Ujjain, you must book this hotel for a friendly stay.

We had a very bad experience with the electricity in the hotel room. The entire hotel had no power on the morning of November 6th around 6 a.m., and even the backup or generator wasn’t working. The power was out for at least 1 to 2 hours. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they didn’t give a clear answer about the backup. I understand that electricity issues can happen, which is fine, but not having a working backup, inverter, or generator is very concerning for such a big hotel. We had to get ready for the temple in complete darkness. Also, the lift was not working the whole time until we checked out, which raises another serious concern. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and would give 0 rating if there is an option.

Our stay was amazing. Hotels rooms are exactly shown in the picture. Staff is very cooperative. Also you get public transport easily. Is 10 mins drive from the temple. Very close by to the really good restaurant. Overall pretty good hotel.

I booked by looking at the review. But it’s a bit different than reality. Only good thing about the property is that it’s a new and rooms are big. By looking at the price it’s not value for money. There was some construction going on and drilling sound was continuously coming through the day. I was not able sleep as I took morning flight and I had to go out and came in the night to avoid that. Service is not up to mark. Room service was poor and people working there don’t not have skills to service. Internet is poor. Food they have outsourced was pathetic. Overall it was not that good. Lot of things to improve.

Staff is very helpful, amenities are good but could be better for the price paid. Location is 2-3 kms away from Mahakal temple, it is located close to everything but it is itself in a residential area so comparatively quiet at night

Rooms are good and the staff is nice and helpful, but one star less rating because of no parking availability

Tried many hotels but this is the Best hotel to stay. Good rooms. Clean bathroom. Couple of km away but it’s worth it.

Hotel was neet and clean , very nice hotel room interior and off course the facility provided, all staff have helping nature .

The room cleaning service is outstanding, the spaces are thoughtfully designed and cozy, and the staff is warm and highly professional. It’s a delightful place to stay.

The property is very nice. The construction looks new. The rooms for good with all amenities properly functional. Pros: clean rooms, spacious and well lit rooms, additional sofa cum bed, hospitality of staff, bathroom with modern amenities. Bonus, the tv had Netflix and Amazon prime subscription.... Cons: parking space is very limited, however I managed to get one.

The property size and room is good but service is not at par. Room lacks towels, bathroom sleepar, iron stand and kettle is also not working properly. The response of staff is good whatever is in their hands. Cleaniness is good

The staff is super helpful and generous. Food was great. Very helpful. Neat and clean property. They helped us plan our itinerary very well.

Newly constructed Hotel .. Room was spacious .. Property was neat and clean .. Basic amenities like hot water kettle , toiletries were provided . Hotel staff is supportive and humble .. Very near to railway station .. Mahakal temple can be reached via Auto in 10-15 mins . Hotel has tie up with nearby restaurant which provides food as per the order . Overall a good stay .

Clean rooms, room service available and staff are very helpful, around 3 km to Ujjain temple,the location is good and you can get Auto any time, near by there is nice shopping area and eateries.i liked the stay
