The stay was pleasant but the facility needs improvement. Intercom phone was dead. for this hotel staff has provided mobile no to call for any order or issue. electric kettle was provided but no tea bags/ milk sachet/ sugar sachet was provided. morning breakfast was delayed due to cook not cam late after 9:30, breakfast was arranged by the hotel from outside nasta point. these points needs improvement
