Stay is very good, and the owner is very cooperative and supportive

Worst waste of money i have booked for 3 adults 2 kids 2 rooms i have asked them they said i have to pay extra for kids even not refund i totally understand there policies and I didn’t even visited there had to book onther hotel room if they giving us 2 rooms than whats was there lost in allow my 2 kids why would husband wife book 2 rooms for only two person very worst and even they told me to pay extra charge directly not on mmt

Absolutely Awesome.The landlord is so humble. he is so polite , caring like a family and helpful too.The rooms and toilets are neat and clean. I am overwhelmed. The experience was excellent.

The home stay was calm and relaxing.. The owner uncle is such a humble soft man. He maintains the homestay clean and tidy, also he was helpful in guiding us about the nearby places.. took care of us nicely.. Very reasonable and budget friendly.. Highly recommended for families... we feel like home.. restaurants are there in walkable distance.. Thanks Uncle and Aunty for the pleasure stay..

The location was very convenient from railway station and also from mahakaleshwar temple. We felt like we were at home. The host behavior was very nice and accommodating. The rooms very very clean and tidy. He also helped us with the cab, electric rikshaw and gave us valuable suggestions on visiting near by places. Overall a beautiful experience i had. I will suggest if anyone going with family should stay at this location.

Value for money. Excellent stay. I along with my family stayed there on one day night at 29 march. Host is cooperative and full supportive. Rooms are neat and clean, spacious and all required amenities. It’s fully recommended.

Hii the stay was average there were some problems like the house doesn't have mosquito net doors the toilets were in open there were no attached washroom no toiletry was provided when asked they just provided 1 towel for 4 person

Great hosts, comfortable stay. Hospitality was amazing. Surendra uncle took care of all the specific needs. Their food is a must try. Good connectivity to all the temples. They help you arrange for transportation. Overall i'll highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at mahakaleswar homestay, the host were very helpful and homestay was neat and clean, very pleasant experience during my stay here. We were in the ujjain city as tourist and this location was near to all major temples, host helped us in every respect to make our stay comfortable and homely.

They may be new in business but they are well aware about atithi devo bhava! the behaviour, the warmth, the gratitude, the service they provide is unimaginable! the best home stay in ujjain!

It was a very pleasant stay on the property, check in was smooth, caretaker / owner available at the property and they help you to complete the formalities with cup of tea, for tea lover like me, it was fantastic. Property has ample space to accommodate 7-8 people, it has 2 rooms and in hall 2 beds available to be used by the guest. Guest gets balcony and private terrace with clean toilets, front facing is a park facing balcony where kids can go for walk/small games. Surrounding is neat, clean & quite. Rooms were clean, tidy and large to make your stay comfortable. Guests can take help for food on the property or can order via swiggy/zomato. Cutlery can be requested from the caretaker and they will help you. Mahakal temple was near by, if you do not have own convenience caretaker can provide contact for e rickshaw & guests can directly contact and deal on the price. Overall great stay, just like home )
