room is best but water not heat only

The room is not that clean tbh the bathroom and room floor is dirty with significant red colour stains. The cupboard is broken from inside and cannot leverage it to keep bags It feels like it will collapse. The bathroom is dirty with used shampoo sachets, beetlenut sachets from previous guests and the main aspect is the main door lock it is too damn loose and doesn't feel like it will withhold. coming to pros: The location is ideal for pilgrimage as it's proximity to temples. The host is great in hosting but one caution would be don't take transportation advice from they booked me a transport to a nearby place and they (driver) charged me double saying that would be the ideal even though I told the host I am looking for a ride for so so cost that I used the other day.

the roomw as dirty, dirty bedsheets with stains , same with pillow covers as well. Washroom was pathetic no jetspray as well. Overall a terrible stay not even worth single penny.

Very comfortable and clean stay at sanskar homestay. In minutes reach from mahakaleshwar temple. Just in front of chard-ham temple.

I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. The room and washroom were extremely unhygienic and lacked basic cleanliness. The level of dirt in both spaces was unacceptable, making it uncomfortable to stay in. It’s disappointing to see such poor maintenance and disregard for hygiene standards. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Only issue we faced is with geyser but the owner helped us with electric rod and the issue was resolved.

Location is not good auto and cab denies to go there they leave you on main road cleaness is good washroom flush not working no hot water service slow water flow from tap

Clean room and clean bathrooms, suitable for budget travellers visiting ujjain temple. Hospitable staff. Located less than a km from mahakaleshwar temple. No restaurant. Car parking in the public car park near the temple.

The hotel was near by the temple. But they didn't provided parking space parking was chargeable near about 400 meters mahakaleshwar jyotling temple was near. By 500 meters staff was friendly room size was great overall good experience

The cleanliness in the home stay rooms are far from reality. There were no proper staff to check about the cleanliness. Bed sheets were not changed & there are fungus in the washrooms. I will not recommend anyone to book this property until & unless looking & verifying it.
