I gave Hotel Solitaire 2 stars mainly because the rooms really need a lot of improvement. They feel old, outdated, and not well maintained at all. Even something as basic as the room door was a hassle—it wouldn’t open smoothly unless you pushed it hard, which was pretty frustrating every time I entered or left. Honestly, the hotel looks like it has some potential if they actually invest in renovations and better upkeep, but right now it’s just not worth the money they charge. For the price, you expect better comfort, better facilities, and at least properly functioning basics. Until they fix these issues and modernize the rooms, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other option.

ROOM- 4 LOCATION-5 BATHROOM- 4 ROOM SERVICE-4 FOOD- 4 FANS TURNED OFF IN NIGHT AND SWITCH NOT WORKING PROPERLY. TAPS LEAKING IN BATHROOM , TOILET.. ROOM SERVICE TOOK TIME MANY TIMES.

stay here was very horrible ..please don't believe their photos...in actual rooms are very old ...most of the things for eg bathrooms locks , toilet seat, shower taps , shower are broken or not in proper working condition.. even there telephone in the room was not working even after repairing it twice ...there was a big lizard in the room when we called the room service for this issue he simply said "it will go away in other room " and went off even after calling him again he never came back...no hand wash available no toilet paper was provided toilet stand was rusted ..curtains were having spit like stains...reception staff was very rude and arrogant..not at all helpful...food taste was pathetic and also caused stomach upset

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room had cockroaches, which was very unhygienic. When we requested tea, the staff denied serving it, which was unexpected and unprofessional. The bathroom was also not well-maintained. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this place unless improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool which was clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect and very convenient, plus the parking space was really good and hassle-free. Overall, the property and service made the stay very comfortable. The only downside was the food – it wasn’t up to the mark and felt overpriced compared to the overall experience. Apart from that, everything else was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Firstly for what is being offered it is overpriced. However it is at close proximity to the temple. Hygiene wise washroom is clean, but room - floor and wardrobe should be maintained better. Food is good. AC was leaking but they arranged different room when repair was not possible
