Parking was not available, but the staff helped guide us to park about 15 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is managed by a small family of three and overall feels of poor quality, though considering the price it’s acceptable. The bathroom had a very bad smell and the surroundings were not hygienic. Bedsheets seemed washed but of poor quality, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the place. The staff were cooperative, but overall the experience was not worth it. The only positive part is the location — around 15 minutes walking distance from Mahakal Temple and easy to find at night using Google Maps. However, the hotel is inside a very small lane and difficult to locate in the daytime since even nearby people don’t seem to know it.

The room was good. It’s good for four people staying the room that I walk, so it was good to stay because the temple and other temples are very nearby. It’s 15 minutes walking distance to the Mahakaleshwar Temple.

Good and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price with the most needed amenities like TV, AC, Geyser, complimentary breakfast. The host family was also good with a welcoming and helpful attitude all throughout the stay.

property is 3 km from railway station. excellent for family as owner and their family is very nice and cooperative. would stay again if we travel again to Ujjain

It was average experience in this hotel

I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it. It’s budget-friendly but has all the essentials—AC, TV, hot water (geyser), and complimentary breakfast every day. The location is excellent, very close to all the famous temples. You can walk if you’re comfortable, or easily take an auto for just ₹20 per person. The hosts are a very sweet and welcoming family. The place is clean, comfortable, and felt like a homely stay with good company. They were very helpful and even arranged a car for our Omkareshwar trip. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience!

The room was neat and clean, same for washroom. The staff was kind and helpful. Also the hotel is near Ram ghat.
