Bad 😞 experience, not good service, some staff are so rude👎

Location is good in close proximity to temple..no in-house food service.. room has below basic arrangements..pillow cover torn towel with prominent visible stains..zero amenities except one extra small soap..dirty wardrobe...one ceiling fan working one super slow...not so clean washrooms.

parking n location r good Everything else was bad. Smelly bedsheets, blanket and pillow. no window in room. 1 worn out towel for 2 pax. Bad odour emanates from cow dung of a cow n calf kept outside reception. Does MMT do due diligence before onboarding a provider

Very bad experience . Entrance with full of very bad odours of cow urine. Room is very much congested and dirty. Small basin in washroom. No any food facility available. TV is out of service. Reception behaviour was also non cooperative. Hotel and room was totally not appropriate with such a high rate of rent . I am fully disappointed and shall never recommend anybody to book this hotel ever. stayed from 03.04.25 to 04.04.25.

Very nice clean property and rooms are so deluxe category and bathroom are so luxury according to rate of the room and hotel has all facility such as private parking for 20 cars and had lift wifi ac geyser electric kettle all working and owner naresh ji helped as much for every thing and he is so much of nice and helpful behaviour thank you hotel krishna

I stayed with my family. Location is okay. Off-course, it is not a walking distance to mahakaal temple as it is mentioned by few visitor. You have to take auto or e-rickshaw to go to mahakaal temple. You can get all conveyance to reach mahakaal temple. No food in the hotel. You can find lot of hotels for food in near by area. I stayed in this hotel for a day and could not stay further. W ashroom was too small with leakage from ceiling. Toilet water coming from upper floor washroom. While i explained about t eh leakage to the hotel owner, he stated that the water coming from upper floor is a rain water. Further explained, upper floor is hall so no chance of toilet water. I went to check floor above our room and found it was similar room with a family staying. Further, the room has seepage smell. Hotel owner used room fresher to prevent the smell. Just think, you have come to ujjain to visit mahakaal temple and while you are at washroom and toilet water falling on your head. How do you feel ? overall, poor room, poor stay, owner is a lier. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor i would ever go to this hotel.

Overall i loved the hotel shri krishna palace. The rooms were very good, the bathrooms were quite clean. The room service was also very good. The location was also perfect because it is close to all the prime temples in the city. Hotel has all facility like private parking, lift, ac, wifi. So, the hotel is worth giving a try for everyone who visits ujjain.

We extremely enjoyed during our 2 day stay. Green surrounding within hotel. We stayed here on our visit to ujjain, mahakal darshan. We had a pleasant stay and experience. Staff is very co-operative, rooms were clean, food is good to taste. Food quality and quantity is perfect. Highly recommended if you plan your visit to ujjain. It is located approximately 400m from mahakal temple thanks naresh ji for personal attention.
