Review Of Hotel New Apple palace

Very bad.if you are couple or family please don’t stay here.they are very rude and unresponsive.very poor service.👎👎👎also very bad bathroom.Don’t Go There.

Hotel is a good location all fecilities is fine good rooms staff behaviour is good clean or fresh rooms and washroom

Uncleaned

The actual room cost at hotel is 1000 to rs. 1500 but they are charging (approx. The room wa not clean, they didn't provide water bottles, for getting water bottles served you have to pay room cost as rs. 2975. We have booked for 3 pax so they were suppose to provide extra bedding for which they have charged. But on the name of extra bed they provided one bedsheet. The washroom was pathetic. On the name of doctor on call, my daughter got hurt and i requested for a bandage to this the manager told me to go to medical shop at 9:30pm and get a bandage. The washroom was never cleaned. Towels were stinging. On the name of tv they have a tv which has got non working remote and on tv you can only watch you tube. The bottles which were served were not of any brand they were local branded watr bottles.

Hotel is good, room is good, bathroom is small, snack is average

Room was not clean. Pillows and bedsheet were dirty and was having hairs of previous guest which was not cleaned. No toiletries and water was provided voluntarily. Room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay.
