TOTAL FALSE COMMITMENT ABOUT ROOM & SERVICES. ROOM DIRTY, BED LINENS HAD BLOOD STAINS AND TOILET WAS TERRIBLY STINKING. TOO EXORBITANT COMPARED TO SERVICES RENDERED. WORST EXPERIENCE. Absolutely pathetic , the ceiling came down on us like literally, the staff was not at all accomodating , overall a shit hotwl

Have booked for two nights, first day breakfast was with limited choice, having some problem with room refrigerator and linen also, though after complaints to the reception, they have shortlisted the issues during second day stay, but they should follow the basics of three star properties.. three star, okay okay stay.

Excellent Stay
Had an excellent stay at kailash parbat lonavla. The room classic suite was very comfortable and spacious. On premise facilities like swimming pool, water park, playground are maintained very well.

It was good and decent stay, the staff are very polite. Good food, the resort has a swimming pool and water sport activities. The only thing i don't like is that they serve the same brkfst everyday

Poor Stay
Property is not maintained properly. Water park water was not cleaned. One lift was not working and other lift is was so slow and there was leakage in lift. Due to which it was unsafe for users then also that lift was been used.

An amazing stay at kailash par-bat
familyLocation wise - located at prime city spot from where travel to various sightseeing, shopping etc places is easy. Food - very good, no complaints at all. Services - all good, no complaints. Amenities - pool, parking, restaurant all good, staff is cordial and welcome.

familyThey are not equipped with enough staff to serve the customers in season time. Every service was taking a very long time be it food or room service. Most of us had to have breakfast standing as there were no sufficient tables to sit every morning.
