Review Of Jungle Book

The experience of the stay was nothing short than terrible.. it's a jungle stay in true sense when it comes to amenities and service... I don't understand how difficult it is for them to provide a tap with running water in the bathroom .. thats the least anyone would expect to have in a shower room. I don't think I need to write more about what else was missing when the basic stuff is not catered to.. The only point that worked for us is it's proximity to the Dudhsagar trek point.

The staff were very good & humble. The only hickup we had was with hot water not being available in the room.

We were a group of 4 people and stayed for 1 night in two different rooms. The room walls and the bed everything was made of concrete and the walls have small holes in them from which the mosquitoes came in and we couldn’t sleep all night and i don’t want to start with the restroom there was a pointing finger size worm(we call it jerry in our language telugu. Coming to the food the said they had linch and dinner buffet but when we stayed they told us that they weren’t a lot of people at the hotel so they canceled the buffet and at 9:00 the whole village is closed. The only plus point was the zip line which was 500 rupee and worth it, it was long and goes through trees as well.

Paid for 3 nights in advance. Arrived and checked out within one hour. Never seen any place as disgusting in my life. Sheets wet from damp, giant spiders on walls, asbestos ceilings! this place should not be advertised as not fit for any human or animal. We lost 3 nights money rather than staying here. Needs to be shut down immediately!

This place is like a jungle, exiting and very good nature feel place.

No lights, not cleaned, improper cooked food no waiter service had to carry our bad ourselves

We were asked to take luggage to room…attendants didn’t open main gate … rooms were dirty …staff was rude …not recommended

Our experience was terrible. No minimum facilities are provided. Jungle book resort was pathetic. No basic facilities available there such as hot water in the room. Even flush for commode does not work properly. Bedsheets were torn and not maintained properly. When i received a confirmation email many things were mentioned as tv and room service. None of these facilities were available in the room. The staff and owner of the property are very irresponsible. There not enough parking lots available. There is no separate person for security. There are two boys available at night who will be doing everything. They will be watching movies in the reception area. When you reach the resort after 9 pm, no one will be available at the gate to guide you to park the car. We have to get down, park the car, and search for the boys. Absolutely no other facilities available such as camping and all which is mentioned in my confirmation email. Also, in my confirmation email owner's mobile number was given, but when we tried to reach out to her for check-up. Her mobile is switched off.

Not satisfied with the facilities provided

Sorry to say but the service of jungle book is too bad. There was no wifi available. No handwash available in the washroom. Not sufficient light in the room and the drastic part was that we couldn’t sleep because a rat in the disturbed us all night.

The resort is in a very dilapidated state with literally no maintenance. Basic facilities such as hot water is also not present. The roofs are leaking and foul smell from the room. The sheets are very dirty and old, not to fit to be used as rags even. They have fixed timings in their restaurant and cook won't be present during that time. The staff are very rude and provide the worst possible service. No water in swimming pool

Worst location, and once you find the resort there's no one to help you with you have to carry your own luggage for atleast 600m the parking is too far from the resort and hygiene standards, lam o there were insects on the bed room was stinking so bad, worse than a public toilet

Good accommodation place. Wi fi facility isn’t available yet, hope that should be available soon. Good rooms. Because of moisture in the air, the bed sheets might be moist, which sometimes is uncomfortable but it’s nature’s call. Good Food. Good place. Good sports activities. Over all a good experience.

Could be better if everything places well and staff should be more attentive towards customers
