Stay at this property is awesome. But small hot water is available for on morning 7-9 hrs. Hot water should be available 24hrs.

The hotel booking through MakeMyTrip was easy, but the actual check-in experience was frustrating. The first room had no electricity, the second had no water, and the third was in terrible condition. Only after I complained did they arrange a proper room. The final room was fine, but the hassle could’ve been avoided. Not a great first impression.

Property is good, TV is working but dish recharge not done i asked to recharge but no responses, wifi also not working in tv, Water services not came hot water also not provided for timing slots. I really disappointed for this residency.

We have saw this residency in make my trip .Really satisfied to stay here

Not clean, caretaker was drunk, charging more for extra bed despite adding them in reservation itself. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The stay was not good. The property was located inside busy street without proper parking facility. They dont provide running hot water, only providing it in the morning for few hours. I booked four rooms and two rooms sanitation facilities were poor. Broken pipes and slow running water. I don’t recommend this place for anyone who wishes to have a good time at Kodaikkanal.

Check in time is 12 pm. Hot water not provided at that time.Staff told hot water will be provided only between 7am-9am. Even next morning at 6:50 am also hot water not provided. We didn't have a bath for 2 days. When requested the staff for hot water, they behaved like rowdies. One of the staff scolded us for booking room . His exact words,"You got a cheap room by booking.Don't except amenities". I am a senior citizen. It is really hurtful & I felt ashamed in front of my family.

it's a perfect and nice residency

Average hotel damaged bedsheet and one room tv not working bathroom doors unlock issue and heaters only available 7 am to 10 am only not recommend to any other thank you.

Room was Good, Property location is also fine. but there is no Hot water in the night and Poor Customer service.
