There was no water heater and towel and also street was very slope we couldn’t drive into it

Just a room, bed, and bathroom. No reception, steep road, even no board to identify the lodge. But room and bed is new, no smell.

Room is excellent with all facilities with great hospitality and gesture. Hot water also available. Overall good

There were multiple issues with the stay. First the nobody can speak any other language than tamil, which is making it difficult to communicate. Second, when we reached at night there was no way to find the cottage as no light was there or any board for property name, it was difficult to find untill we called the owner. Third, no hot water to bath. Forth, no basic toileries available. Fifth no wash basin in one room or water geyser in other. Even one room had a water geyser but not working. Overall giving 2 points just for the room and bed as atleast we had something to sleep in at night.
