worst day and worst experience

only go if your budget is really tight. bed is very small, water heater doesn't work, no fan, no wifi, etc. only if solo and tight on budget it makes sense

Review: 1) bed (matress) - quite good in this range 2) room service - out of 5 i will give 3. 3) ro water - available 4) bathroom and heater - brand new condition well maintained. 5) mountain view- not so good 6) parking - available (car(quantity (2-3) and bike) slightly tough for un professional driver. 7) check in and check out time - not so tight. He is too elastic on time, no problem. 8) location - easy to find, no problem. I booked 3 bed sharing room. I got this bed.

Apart from fire camp everything is amazing , food 5/5 , room ambiance 5/5 fire camp 1/5 , don’t expect the smart tv they using only the cable tv

Nice pleasent stay. Neat n clean. We took a balcony room with a beautiful mountain view. Morning sun rise view top notch. Bathroom neat. The owner is a very kind person and the staff helpful. Totally worth a stay.

The experience of stay was totally unexpected and unacceptable. The hotel is situated in a place nearly kms from bus stand where no local transportation is available. The caretaker seems too local always with cigarette. No basic amenities where provided. Like there is no floor mat too. Even charged for a tea which was offered. The bed looked like going to break any time. Terrible sound it creates. Heater is not working. While checking i got shock couple of times. Cupboard provided is not clean and messy. No tv provided. If you don't have your own vehicle you have to walk at-least kms to reach this destination. Or have to rent a taxi which costs 300rs minimum. 1/5 rating.

They treat us well. Neat and clean bathroom and room. We get a good dinner. Great view of kodaikanal

The location was from zion high school, the breakfast was good, but the room was too small, i'm ok with the room but not satisfied

Excellent accommodation, wash rooms and beds are very maintained and care taker is very friendly, worth staying

the hotel is good but there is no hot water.in this climate we can't use bathroom without hot water

If you looking normal room with best service, this is right place. Cottage location is nearby all main attractions, rooms are clean and hygiene. I loved my stay with them. The hosts and care taker were very friendly. They also provided me with home made food which was available on pure oder. Thanks i will visit again.

Very bad room, and toilet was not clean, coming smell

Very small room. Not comfortable for 6 person. No ventilation.

We stayed there for a night and it was good. We enjoyed the stay and the facility. The caretaker also responded to our queries.

Waste the room not cleaning properly

The property was absolutely worth for what we paid. The Caretaker was very friendly and helpful. There were no unwanted rules. We enjoyed our stay completely. I'll recommend to my friends to stay here.
