Location is nearby kodaikanal lake but facilities nothing...food quality 0 ....no hot water in room .....we informed 4-5 times but no solution property is very old no maintained... everywhere dust and all

Excellent Stay
The service was top-notch, and the staff were helpful. My room was superb, offering a comfortable and clean space with a lovely balcony. All of this came at a very affordable price, making it an excellent value for the money.

Excellent Stay
Hotel facilities are excellent, staff are good in behaviour and supportive. The hotel is situated in a nice place, from where we can access, buses, view points, and lake, easily. Overall it was a nice experience.

I stayed at Nachiappa palaniappa Grand Inn for 2 nights and ended up extending my stay. I had such a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy stay with a beautiful balcony view of the surroundings.Overall, it was a peaceful and satisfying stay.

the stay was very nice, all staff were friendly and approachable. one thing i would mention is that don't judge a book by it's cover. though the appearance from the outside is not good, the rooms were near and clean. overall nice stay

Good Stay
We had a reasonably good stay for 3 nights. Positives : 1. Good location 2. Good staff and management behaviour 3. Big infrastructure. 4. Plenty of parking space. Negatives : 1. Staff shortage 2. Limited variety of items at breakfast at a an unreasonably high price. 3. Very few options in dinner too.

Really bad experience.. not recommended
dirty smell, no proper power backup, wash rooms are dirty, flush not working, plaster is falling, hotel premises are also dirty, bottled drinking water not available. Had problems and talked to MMT executive, still no response on refund status. Very old property. Photos on MMT is different then actual room.

food is ok but service is not good. hot is not coming. bathroom accessories is not working. room cleaning service is not perfect. lobby is too dirty. very bad experience. which photo i seen in your app that is looking good but reallity is very poor.
