Room was not in clean and hygiene. A damaged washroom a and mirror was damaged. Cot was not so good. Please dont stay at hotel kodai plaza

Room location well but bed not clean and hot water not working.

Heater is not working properly, kettle not their, beds are not well cleaned, only pro is near to kodaikanal bus stand

No maintenance. Very old building. Even painting is faded. Very interior place to reach. Tough to reach by car.

No telephone is provided. Washroom basis was dirty. There was no room ventilation except glass window. At night it is very difficult to open window

Need to improve on room over all look and feel and fix the window making noise always.

Had very worst experience, room was not clean, dirty blankets, got dust allergy and room was smelling so bad. No safety measures taken especially during covid times.

The room is located in a very poor spot people need to climb a huge rock in order to reach it. It took an hour for us to find it. And more over there isn't any view from this place.

Weather is cool but problem in the price and taste.
Good to stay for one day and geyser was not working properly and only local channels in TV that needs to be improved.

The hotel location was good but not very accessible for four wheelers I think. Hilly terrain so theres not much you can do about it. Otherwise a good experience overall.

But for location other things are OK. Good room. Good for stay. Route to reach the place is definitely a concern. It is too much in the interior. Road navigation although helped. If anything can be done, it will be good. Value for money but.

Politie behavior. Value for money. Recommended for others & for next time. Next to Kodaikanal bus stop. Almost all the busses are available here. Liqueur shop is nearer too
