Great houseboat experience in srinagar. One of the simplest houseboats from outside but super nice inside. Host is also super nice. Really enjoyed the stay and shikara ride.

Booked for my parents for 2 days before their trip to amarnath. Beautiful place and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. And the host was very warm and respectful. He helped them around and booked the shikara ride as well. Overall my parents had a great time and were very happy with the houseboat experience.

Clinliness of washroom and room is good. You have to take your bath in the bathtub only. Rooms and bed are average

I found this houseboat through make my trip. I emphasized on specially on the location of the houseboat rather the reviews and it totally worth the searching. The houseboat is beautifully located in the middle of the lake and just 3 minute boat ride from ghat no. 9. The manager faiz bhai took great care of us and the meal was fantastic. Overall 9 on 10 ratings.

Though location is not just front of boulevard but quite scenic. Ammenities are really awesome. Foods are quite delicious.

The boat owner has taken 500 for breakfast which was 4 aloo pratha with tea and he asked for a tip more than 100 rs. Don't know how he got good ratings please don't prefer to visit.

I booked this property for one night, unfortunately i can't reach that particular date but the staff are good. They extend my booking for next day which was a good gesture. Normaly you can't get this facility anywhere. Really appreciate this management.

Average place. Don't have there own shikara. Other house boat have it. Very grid y people charge 400 for room warming. Previous they told 200. Don't have electric blanket

Hotel have been provide different room. Very bad room. Total money worst. In future i am not booking any hotel from make my trip. For make my trip 5488- rupees loss and my one holiday.

The boat stay is superb with good amenities. 24 hours hot water and scenic view. Lunch and dinner will be provided if informed prior. Property is maintained well and worth for the money we payed.

Fayaz bhai will take care of all, such a polite and helpful person. Food is very good. Must try alu paratha
