everything was good but food has to be ordered 45mins prior as they have to prepare food for it apart from that everything about the cottages were superb

Nice Rooms and great ambiance good service and hospitality

The stay at Hotel IBNI Springs was average at best and not worth the price charged. the actual rooms look nothing like what’s advertised. I had booked a deluxe room, but it was poorly maintained. The almirahs were broken, and the bedside drawers had fungus, which was unhygienic. No slippers were provided in the rooms, and when I inquired about it, the staff informed me that they don’t offer slippers and that guests are expected to bring their own. This was a bit surprising, as slippers are typically provided in most hotels. The rooms lacked basic amenities like mosquito nets on the doors and an intercom system, making communication with reception inconvenient. As the property is surrounded by plants and trees, mosquitoes and insects frequently entered the rooms due to the unavailability of mosquito net-fitted doors. This made it difficult to keep the door open for fresh air, as doing so invited pests inside. The morning breakfast was ok, nothing special. Another major issue was that the manholes of the drains in front of the rooms were not properly sealed. They were covered with thin scrap iron boards, which posed a safety hazard. In some cases, the cover had fallen completely into the drain. One positive aspect of the stay was that the staff was very polite and helpful. Other than that, the whole experience was pretty average. In this price range, there are better options available in Coorg. I would recommend exploring other hotels before making a booking, as this one does not meet expectations.

Room view was excellent. We spent a great time in the private waterfalls of this property. Complimentary breakfast was good. Homely food. Service was great especially by Nanda sir. Worthy for the price 👍.

The amenities were impressive – the rooms were well-equipped, cozy, and offered a great sense of privacy and comfort. The property itself is well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and has a very relaxing vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. One of the standout aspects was the cleanliness – the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining hygiene standards throughout our stay. The hospitality deserves special mention. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made our experience feel personal and homely, which we truly appreciated. If I had to suggest any improvements, I would say the vegetarian options in the food menu could use a bit more variety. Also, it would be great if the breakfast offerings were changed daily, to provide guests with a little more diversity during longer stays. Overall, our experience at Ibni Springs was very satisfying, and I would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip memorable!

we could not make it to the property as my son was unwell. I have informed make my trip and the property to reschedule the date as it's emergency but both did not help us. people have kids and thinking to visit the property don't do it. the owner is only worried about her money and has no courtesy or willingness to help. you will find better property. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

The location is close to madikeri main road and is scenic. Food is basic but good. The service is great. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are not looking for luxury.

It was a pleasant stay at ibni, located near to market and surrounded by scenic beauty, food was super delicious as they have kitchen and serve food as per your order, also they a a small zipline amd good contacts with jeep for nearby sightseing. I would definetly recommend to have stay at ibni during coorge vidit

Stayed at the Village Hut. Rooms is okayish and the climate is really good. Staff is so friendly and amazing.

It’s Amazing experience at IBNI spring , location is so beautiful . It’s perfect for family, they have option for deluxe room and wooden cottage, there is small water fall inside the property which is ideal for kids

stay is good food quality is not good washroom are also good but water pressure is not ok private waterfall is filled with drainage and a very bad smell 🤧 stay is ok ok amount is charged for this type not ok.

The wooden cottages are small, barely enough for 2 people. The fan is there for namesake but the weather was great so not really needed it. There was a rat problem in the night which keeps disturbing the roof and not letting sleep. Food was good, property is average.
