I recently stayed at 'the haven - grandeur' and had a mixed experience. The standout aspect of my stay was the friendly and attentive staff, particularly seam and jeet, who went out of their way to take good care of the guests. The cook, siva, deserves special mention for preparing delicious food throughout my stay, and he was extremely respectful and polite. The property itself, 'the haven - grandeur' is undeniably amazing. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and created with care. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my overall experience. Unfortunately, during my two-day stay, there was no rain, and the temperature fluctuated between 28 degrees celsius in the day and 20 degrees at night. The main villa seemed to trap heat, making the nights uncomfortably hot. Despite the presence of air conditioners, guests are not allowed to use them, which significantly affected my ability to sleep well on both nights. Another disappointment was the non-functional washing machine, which inconvenienced me during my stay. Moreover, considering the relatively high cost of 75, 000 rupees for a two-night stay, i had expected some additional complimentary offerings. It would have been nice if they included a coffee estate trip or provided some complimentary amenities to enhance the overall experience. In conclusion, 'the haven - grandeur' has its merits, particularly the dedicated staff and the meticulous property design. However, the issues i encountered, such as the hot nights, non-functional washing machine, and the absence of complimentary amenities, make it less likely for me to consider returning in the future, given the additional expenses on top of the villa's cost.
