It was a very good luxurious stay and the customer service was very nice. The check in and check out went very smoothly.

Excellent service and facilities. I stayed here for a couple of nights with my family and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The staff were genuinely warm, courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with most of the places of interest located nearby as well. We will definitely be back for more.

Hycinth trivandurum is centrally located close to Temple,station and airport.mmt members get discount on spa.Rooms are large and we'll furnished.Smart TV in rooms. Terrace Swimming pool. Excellent food and services

Latch of the bathroom door was jammed, got stuck in the bathroom as the emergency phone in the bathroom was not working. Had to cry for help and with no help in sight or sound had to break open the door. Room & location is fine. Bath room not up to mark with rickety commode. I had a dinner, breakfast & a get together lunch also, but sorry to say the food was not at all inspiring
