Very well maintained, friendly staff. Good variety spread in buffet. Rooms and surrounding areas are well kept.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. Everything was excellent, except that the air conditioner in my room was not cooling properly. It would be great if this could be improved for future guests. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Hycinth hotels is a your standard 5 star hotel with everything that you usually expect from one and it delivers you to your satisfaction. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay though it was only for 1 night still was able to utilise major amenities such as their pool , bar , spa and restaurant. The food is good and available 24/7 was a blessing for a nightowl like me. Highly recommend this if you are looking for something near airport.

For prime locations in trivandrum with good clean rooms, good breakfast, i wud suggest this place.. and nearby you will get everything food, bakery, and people are very professional here..

The room was not good. The bathroom was water logged and water was draining put from the bathing area. AC was bad and even a temperature of 18 degree did not feel like it. staff was unresponsive and completely unsupportive. Never felt like a 5/4 star hotel. will never visit again.

Excellent service and facilities. I stayed here for a couple of nights with my family and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The staff were genuinely warm, courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with most of the places of interest located nearby as well. We will definitely be back for more.

Hycinth trivandurum is centrally located close to Temple,station and airport.mmt members get discount on spa.Rooms are large and we'll furnished.Smart TV in rooms. Terrace Swimming pool. Excellent food and services

Latch of the bathroom door was jammed, got stuck in the bathroom as the emergency phone in the bathroom was not working. Had to cry for help and with no help in sight or sound had to break open the door.
