The room was excellent and well maintained. Food was good. Restaurant service was good, however a little inconsistent. One night when there was more crowd, I was overlooked a lot. Otherwise service was excellent. I also used hotel cab and the cab and driver were great. Faced some issue in getting the invoice on my email ID. Had to follow up twice.

Ambience, cleanliness was excellent. Reception and guiding upto room was superb. Only drawback was room service which was horrible. Even repeated reminders didn't yield any result.

Great experience!
We stayed here for a day but we wish we could stay for a longer time. The rooms and neat and clean. The service is great and the staff is very cordial. The food is outstanding. The buffet has an amazing spread with yummy options to choose from.
