The front office staff were courteous, but no one accompanied us to the room during check-in or explained the available facilities. The gate staff were good. Breakfast was average; the dosa items, in particular, were not satisfactory, and tables were not cleaned promptly. Some restaurant staff were attentive, but others were not. The quality of tea needs improvement. The room’s air conditioning had issues, although housekeeping was good. The toothbrush had very hard bristles, and the comb provided was of poor quality. There was no overhead shower and no slippers provided for use inside the rooms. Finally, while the front office staff were polite, they could be more prompt when checkout readiness is communicated in advance.

Property is new hence all is well. Food for dinner was pathetic. Over the phone confirmed they had a EV charger in-house, when I reached was highly disappointed. Mere lack of hospitality professionalism.

I have stayed in deluxe river view room it was spacious clean and vibrant room, and the breakfast spread was excellent and staff were courteous and they made the check in process simpler. Great property and will definitely go back again.

The hotel is located on the highway and the accessibility is good. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Ordered some food as in-room dining and the dishes were really yummy.

Overall experience was good , but the pool was not function when we visit so that makes us little disappointed otherwise stay was good.

Location close to airport, room is clean, value for money, breakfast is good, dinner was also good,. Overall nice stay

The stay was awesome with clean room and good service.i had stayed in near by 5 star hotel last month which is overpriced and room was not upto the standard.compared to that gokulam grand is value for the money spend
