Very poor experience to stay in this hotel Complementary food to given me.. i am sad to say this very poor experience in hospitality

Place is , not good to stay with family. Rooms are not as shown in app, Hospitality nil, cleanliness zero. No good restaurants present, rooms are not cosy

It was a terrible experience .The stay wasn't good and also the people are not well behaved .it was awkward

Very Poor. A/ C not worked properly.The room was very hot when A / C is working. No waist bin in the room. Bath room was very ugly. Even after repeated request they have provided only one bath towel for the 2 guests. Not worth for the money paid . I want my money back.

AC Delux Room - The Location was so good . The Room & Stay was Adorable for the price. Reception Staff's good Behaviour.

The condition of the room was poor. No towels and soap were provided in the bathroom at the start. The ac was not cooling enough.

There was no drinking water provided also when we woke up in the morning there was no water supply.

Stay was ok. What I found best was , their supporting staff and reception people. Really , they were very helpful and co-operative. But for cleanliness, i request to do some arrangements for rats and all roaming here and there in the hotel. If little bit , more steps taken towards cleanliness, this hotel will be best for the price it is offered.

Easily reached the location. Lift not available. One tap water only works with a low water supply. The hot water tap is not working and hot water is not available. Eb plug point not working properly. Totally not worth this cost.

Hotel premises are not clean, wastes were dispensed in the corridor and the room was not worthy for the amount i paid.

Wrost hotel only good part is location of the hotel, which is in thampanoor or otherwise, it is not even close to hotel it look like old home

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. They arranged an extra bed in a double bed room. They gave us info about local places.

Pros: #the room is located near to padmanabha swamy temple. #the rate is affordable. # ac was functioning properly. #hot water was available at the bathroom cons: #cleanliness of the room is very poor. #the bedsheet was not nee t and there were hairs of previous users on the bedsheets. # the bathroom was ok but there was leak on the closet pipe. # waste baskets were not found inside the room. # less space for car parking # no power backup # floor are dirty and not maintained well # not lift facility

The checkin was smooth. The staffs were friendly. There were no disturbances. The room was clean. They provided clean sheets and towels. Hot water was fine. The hotel is near to the city. Overall a good experience. No pics

The place is not well maintained the dress hanger in the closet had rust on it which stained the bath towel (it's theirs only but still)
