room was not clean and bedsheets were to dirty food quality was also not satisfactory and the food was too expensive also room sizes are very small

room was very very small very dirty and hotel location was ok food was good but room was very unsatisfactory even no one will pay more then 1000 Rs .of this room

Best place to stay if you are looking something within the market area
It was a great stay and great experience.. Food was also good and the location fo the hotel was worth it middle of the market area..

Best Experience

Good Stay
The climate is cold in Mahabaleshwar, the room that I booked was an Airconditioned room, but the AC didn't have any heating didn't go above 30 ° C which is absolutely necessary in the monsoons. We had to call the reception to provide the amenities which were promised during booking,such as bathing soap dental kit,smart TV wifi was not working the bath tub was leaking, personal hand operated shower was not working,the intercom was faulty. The restaurant was good at break fast, but very spicy soda mixed dinner was prepared. The reception was sometimes rude, sometimes very good( mixed bag). Cleanliness in the room was good. We can understand that Monsoon climate in Mahabaleshwar is always fogy till end of September and very rainy,moisture everywhere, but still if you are keeping the hotel open you should atleast not let the customer ask for things. Location is very nice as the property is in the market area and by the side of busstand. only problem is there is no parking place and vehicles are not allowef in that area. However they will provide parking at someother place with the help of their staff. all other facilities are good. restaurant is also good and room service nice. Poor Stay
Small congested rooms , improper working of ac , no wifi available, ( even if u complain abt that they say u it's technical issue they can't do anything) , very delayed service, untidy bedsheets and mattress , no housekeeping for cleaning... They ignore ur problems with saying u to just wait and don't resolve that .

As per talk with Duty Manager you had issue of wifi only which we have clearly mention that due to hill station and heavy rainfall we and evenall hotels in mahbaleshwar will not assure you wifi service. Sir its a Budget hotel and we never said its a resort. Before giving review please make sure how much you have paid and how much we will get from MMT. Hotel is located in the main market which is already informed online. We apologies once again for the problem you faced at Hotel we will surely overcome the situation if you will mention to us. hotel is not good for families.only market is near, , but u can have market all round! the staff is worse. we reach 10 o clock. even at 1130 room is not ready under pathetic condition! all room is stinks., no care, no response, jaise free mai rahe ayyein ho vassa treat! bedsheet gandi, curtain peechele 5 saal se nahi dhoye, , blanket ganda,! roof seelan! and even galleries are badbodarr!
