I reached there 9Am by 10Am my 10 minutes ended with new surprise that the room I booked is sold-out. They are quite rude arrogant by telling me you go ahead with cancellation, their excuse is that you booked via mmt not by us. As the room with 2 king size bed 360 sq ft room they donโt have first they lied me by showing a room with 1 king size bed and 1 single extra bed saying that this family room after a long argument they give two different tiny rooms. Service is as disaster as they. They didnโt provide toiletries after multiple requests they gave single towel only. Most disappointing thing is their arrogance that they have enough customers they donโt care that is in the land of Jagannath .

Dear Kanhu Sir, Your booking through MMT was for a single four beded room. On the day of your arrival on the Land of LORD JAGANNATH was a very auspicious day, when every Jagannath Lover was thirsty for the darsan . As you have mentioned that your arrival was at 9 Am and Getting your Room was delaayed by 1 Hour , I strongly am surprised that delay of 39 minutes became 60 minutes as per your information .Any way as you had to face this delay we feel very sorry , But truely we appreciate your Patience . Your statement to refund you back your money was supported by us with the statement that ,Sir you can cancel your booking on MMT . Because we were not having that control over our esteemed Agent MMT, who is strongly and continuously supporting us by believing our better standard of Service. And we think that accepting your statement was our mistake as per you have mentioned. Sir as per you , we had supported you by providing two Tiny Rooms, But sir at any time you can check That our Rooms are having ONLY KING Size Beds, So if you think the Rooms with KING size BED are tiny , then we feel very sorry for that .And we gave 2 Such Rooms for you. Good and courteous behaviour of staff . Manager is kind hearted and soft spoken person, very helpful and resolve any issues instantly. Hotel rooms, premises are neat, clean & hygienic. Bedsheets and pillows are neat & tidy. similarly toilets facilities are well maintained. Food quality is good. outstation & local cabs are easily approachable. Most important shri jaganath temple is situated at walking distance from hotel. just 7 mins away. Altogether it was nice and pleasant stay. Jai jaganath bhagwan. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐๐

very slow and late service for all things , and breakfast late , no water in reserved that's why Bathroom water are not give in half hour for emergency time

1. Room was clean, but out corridor was full of waste and dusbins, 2. Booked room was not provided at the time of check in, we booked the room for 4 occupancy but they provided room with 2 occupancy initially and then shifted to room with 4 occupies. 3. Services are very slow, dinner was provided very late, i. E. Around 10pm and even morning breakfast was not prepared on time
