The room was not pleasant, the bedsheet was not cleaned, no toiletries paint was coming off the wall floor was dirty

Entrance and cellar areas are being maintained ugly. Rooms are smelling and are of mediocre amenities. One of washrooms is a common one with locking issues. Not recommending for stay with family overall experience is bad.

The apartment was not well maintained. 1. The bathroom door lock was broken. 2. There were cockroaches in the apartment. 3. Many times the water supply was not proper in the bathrooms.

Better experience and awesome services provided by nursingh. All staff very helpful. Staff member nursingh helm us very much

We had a booking for 4 days and stayed at the place for about 3 and half days. Place was neat and clean. Owner provided all the necessary details like location info, care taker contact details, WiFi credentials, etc. beforehand. Amenities were as described. Beach and grocery store was nearby. Autorickshaw was easily available.

Visited in feb, location homestay was easy. Walkable to beach care taker is good and friendly car parking available lift avilable kitchen not that clean as expected. Inside building was clean. Bed was ok basic facilities are available to use.

Good place to stay arrange your own food.

Caretaker vaiya is very cooperative and excellent person. Appartment is very nice and well maintained. Water, gas, wifi everything was working very properly. We have enjoyed a lot.

Family with kid can stay here without any second thought

If u want to travel with 4-5 people and want to stay like home then it is perfect for you.

This apartment is good but not taken care properly. Like their care taker is very unhygienic. They locked gates from outside at night. No scope of exit in emergency. In our stay powe cut happened from 11pm to next day check out time and their dg was not working properly. They turn in dg for only 3 to 4 hours and said they have no disel to continue.

The location is very good and is just 150-200mtr from the beach. The apartment was clean. The caretaker was very cooperative and helpful. Cons- the apartment needs renovation. Master bedroom's bathroom wasn't locking properly. Fan doesn't work properly. It either rotates very very slow with regulator upto4th or rotates at very high speed (5th speed. No dim light. 2 lights were blinking and not working properly. A small piece of hard cement fell down from the ceiling point where the fan was adjusted. Had to switch off fan. This needs to be fixed immediately. Tap in the kitchen wasn't working properly. Had to turn on and off main valve for using tap.

Flat is very nice and very nice location but caretaker's behavior is very bad and he is not supported.
