**Review of Hotel Trending Stay**
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Trending Stay. The receptionist’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Upon arrival, the receptionist ignored us and continued watching television, making us wait for at least three minutes before acknowledging us. When he finally responded, he insisted we send our ID cards via WhatsApp. After sharing my Aadhaar card, he claimed it was unclear and refused to accept my PAN card as an alternative, causing unnecessary delays. We were left standing at the reception counter without even being offered a seat, making us feel like we were asking for a favor rather than checking into a hotel.
After searching through my phone and finally providing a clear Aadhaar photo, the receptionist remained cold and indifferent—no smile, no courtesy, no sign of basic hospitality.
I had booked two rooms—one for three nights for my model and one for a day for product trials during a photoshoot. However, when I decided to stay for the last night after the photoshoot, the receptionist refused, citing technicalities and turning me away despite having already paid for the full three-night stay.
The staff’s lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills was appalling. The management has clearly hired the wrong person for the reception—a person who seems to have no understanding of hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Furthermore, I register my strong protest against **Make My Trip** for referring me to an establishment that provides such poor service. This reflects poorly on their screening and quality control process.
