Poor Stay
Staff didn't even knew we were coming! Had to wait for long to enable them to clean rooms. Poor bathroom. Bad behaviour. Unsatisfactory.

Staff of Hotel Shivraat is Pathetic
We stay Hotel Shivraat in 13 To 14 Apr 2025. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but the room itself was not well maintained. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty with dust and grime. The towels smelled stale and were not fresh. While the staff at the front desk was demanding more money over the booking price of online, they told us . the restaurant staff was very badly behave with us and even not serve water bottle. My suggestion to visitor please not book this

Excellent Stay
Excellent location next to the aarti ghat. Friendly low-key service with good recommendations. Quiet at night despite being in a very busy area. Comfortable all around with good hot water.
