Review Of Hotel SV Residence

First we go to location and ask for our room check in so he said our all room are booked you have to visit our other branch

The rooms which we had booked was not offered to us. We were allotted very small rooms else where and we had to go with our heavy luggages by auto. The rest rooms provided were walled by open jolly through which one can see from outside whoever is sitting in the restroom and bathing. No facilities were provided such as towels soaps shampoo etc. Which are normally provided in small lodges. The tariffs for the rooms allotted were very lesser than what we booked. No money was refunded. As whole the facilities provided were horrible. Very bad experience of booking.

They helped me a lot and helped me by saying the nearby places to visit and which is the correct place and which will be useful for us and also especially they made us a mind blowing really by they care us

The room is not clean and not changed the towels and bed sheet.

It was a good stay, with privacy and hygiene. Good staff and good room service. Overall a customer can have a good satisfaction. A good service and care.

The location of the Hotel was good. The food was okay. The room was clean. All the amenities were provided in the room. Services were fine.

Stay is okay and service is average.

Rooms are clean, helpful staff, located in the City centre, has big family rooms as well
