Terrible Stay
This is worst hotel i never experienced...they even not alloted a room for my booking, hotel management stating that room booked full in one month prior...in this case why they onboarded with your platform ( Makemytrip ) ..I faced severe humiliation with that Peak hours time my family suffered alot ...At the end we left the hotel without no choice at that mid night hours with family . please attend this issue & refund my money with clear explanation from makemytrip. Hope you we will resolve it immediately. Really I felt bad experience, I expected something else this stay,but night time there was no water in washroom&AC and it was also not working properly. And main thing no one responded there, I have videos & pic as well. Thanks.

Poor Stay
Yeah , the room is very clean ....but the Manager is very arrogant the way of speaking ...... They didn't even provide the water bottles and groceries like soaps , shampoo etc etc The main thing is they didn't even gave the wifi password.....they are saying like it's not working .

Fan was not working well, washroom flesh was not working, no towels were given, overall it was a bad experience for me
