MVR RESIDENCY

Mvr is a nice clean, well maintained place. We used this for a day stay for 3 adults. The room was well done, one twin bed +1 single bed, had good air conditioner, clean bathroom with geyser. The staff was helpful and prompt in service. Definitely recommend for family

Hospitality and room services excellent

There is a big issue with hygiene. The toilet pans were stained and cockroaches were roaming in the toilet.

Hotel location is good as it is near to the bus station but the hotel does not have in-house kitchen and hence does not provide any food facilities. Also the service is pathetic as we had to carry our luggage till the reception.
The allotted room was very dirty with dust everywhere in the room. There were spiders dancing in the bed. Bathroom was so dirty that i can compare it with public toilet. There were cockroaches in the bathroom as well as room. The. Service entered our room without even knocking. We had to make request for change in room and after interruption of makemytrip they gave us different room but the hygienic issues remain unresolved. We booked a double ac room with breakfast and ended up paying rs 474 extra for the breakfast but after hotel we came to know that the hotel does not have own restaurant and neither having in-house kitchen facilities. I failed to understand then why such option is available to the customer for booking. With my persistent complaint makemytrip has agreed to refund rs. 417 for the breakfast which the hotel did not provide. Overall we had a horrendous experience and would revere recommend this hotel to anyone. Also makemytrip should do background check properly before recommending any hotel

It's a great experience. Interiors were really beautiful. I enjoyed well.

Had to wait for more than one hour. We were allocated single bed room first, in spite of double room, after reaching the room we realized the folly, then later the man at the reception told we have to wait till 4:00 PM to get the Non AC double room we booked. He told he can give an AC room at a much higher price. We had arguments and finally he agreed to give the Non AC double room after one hour. I think he wanted us to pay higher price and take the AC room. It was a lie that the Non AC room which we booked was not available.

The Non AC room we booked was refused. We had to have arguments to get the room we booked. We told we will call MakeMyTrip customer care and then he agreed to allowed check-in at 1:30 PM to the Non AC double room we booked.

No hot water and congested parking. Restaurant is not supplying good food and service is not up to the mark.

Nothing was there to share such a experience there is no hot water in the evening time no breakfast

Best place to stay. Food service is also done good, but have to make orders fast, rather than everything is fine.
