Reception is professional and cooperative. Room is neat and clean. Not hooked to tv. Hence, no comment. Room service is also ok. Over all experience is satisfactory. Prefer this on my next visit also.

Parking is a big issue. Filthy bathroom, broken washbasin and broken outlet pipe from the washbasin making it unusable. No shower in the bathroom, towels and drinking water was provided only after we asked for it. Room size was big but no hangers in the cupboard.

We could find many cockroaches roaming around, the bedsheets provided were torn and not at all clean. The bathrooms were unclean with rusty taps and cobwebs all over. Overall not good for even one night stay. The only positive is we were able to get hot water for bathing!

On asking for A glass to drink water they gave A plastic glass that was thin like polythene and use to bend and get pressed from everywhere while drinking water. Jet spray was not working.
