High Rent with out facilities small rooms atleast not sitting place even high amount collected 2700/- perdsy charged with out facilities

The hotel was ok. Beds were comfortable. It doesn't have in house kitchen.

The hotel rooms were clean, but the location is next to the bus stand, so very noisy. The carpark is located behind the hotel and is difficult to get to.

Rooms are good and clean. However the hotel location is worst and not worth the price you are paying. It’s in the middle of the town and just in front of main road. There is no sound proofing in the room or windows. You can hear bus and even bike honking in the middle of the night, not even that even if a dog is barking on the street sound can be heard inside a closed room. You can hear door bell from another room to your room and feel like someone is on your door. Parking is in the middle of garbage and big rodent and monkeys are big threat. Hotel staff is greedy and senseless. No regards to customer request. You have to keep calling them for the same things again and again. I called for extra bed at 7:45 and again reminded them at 8:30 no one turned up so we went to sleep at 10:45 their staff ring the bell and asked did i request for additional bed, mind you it was just an enquiry then also he didn’t come with bed and said he was just checking. Pathetic people. They just want tip from you and in return don’t provide the service. Food is never ready on time. We had complimentary breakfast which gets ready by 8:30 am which is too late if you are planning to go around so for both days we had to go outside for breakfast. Restaurant inside is congested and gloomy. If possible choose your stay somewhere else on more peaceful place.

No adequate parking space. I was asked to park my car on the street. Front desk staff was very rude when asked about proper parking space, they say parking is full. You can park on street.

Good place to stay nice hygienic and good food. Only problem the room service person was drunk-ed on duty

Hotel was not that great and especially the reception staff who arrived us. We arrived a little early then our check in time. For three hours they wanted us to pay whole day fee. Even though the room was unoccupied. Thier hotel food was horrible and highly unhygienic. For the price they were charging, thought its a good hotel. But turned out to be disappointed. Not going to go there again.

Stay was close to bus station, ample parking space behind the hotel. Even though hotel location was next to bus station, there was not much disturbance. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff were very helpful. Complimentary breakfast provided was not a buffet but sufficient enough and good food. Taste could be improved.

Rooms are good but the staffs are very unprofessional. They knocked my room door at 6:00am to collect coffee flask. Also when we requested them to serve coffee near the reception the bluntly denied it and asked us to go to 1st floor even though we informed them that we have a senior citizen and we need it for them.
