booked for SV residency bit changed to chaitanya residency. after reachong hotel they denied to provide room in chaitanya resodency telling that it is full and no room available. they have shown an alternate by providing a room in Tripurasundari lodge. As we were in a hurry to attend a marriage we were forced to stay in Tripura sundary lodge which was not so good.

Located at center of town, nearby market is excellent, easy for local travel. The view from the top floor rooms is mesmerizing- the hills surrounding the towns are visible and soothing. Rooms are standard with necessary amenities. The attached restaurant is simple and great.

The total money waste. There is no cleanliness. Even though I paid money for double bedroom ac they took me an ordinary single bedroom only. After fighting only they gave double bedroom ac. There is no towel paste and any other item, even they say water they won't give. They says we have to purchase it. It is totally waste my money.

Worst experience with no facilities

The location of the hotel is convenient for my purpose of visit. The room was dirty and the washroom was not so clean. There are no facilities in the hotel, they didn't provide any water bottle and no toiletries were provided. The blanket was dirty. There is no room service in the hotel. I will not recommend this property to others. Overall it was an worst experience.
