Good environment and polite staff neatly maintained hotel located in near Rtc bus stand and stay safe to family also

Good staff and clean environment maintained very good hygiene and water provided free overall it is very good.

Rooms are not clean-and the staff behaviour was very bad. Totally i'm very disappointed.

Hotel room is clean. Very nice staff and management. I stayed here for business purpose. Good for family as well. Only disappointment is no car parking space. But could park in front of hotel in night. Near by to other restaurants for food.

Decent lodge. My stay was comfortable. The property is located on the way to bus stand. It's an old lodge which was renovated. Overall I liked it.

The hotel location is good. We can get food at affordable prices near this hotel. Easily accessible. Parking is not there. But we can park infront hotel. Room and washroom is clean and big. Tv you will get all local channels and staff also able to help if you required something from them. I will recommend this hotel for 1 or 2days stay for general travellers with affordable cost. Wifi i don't think its working. If u want some decent accommodation at madanapalli with in the budget trust me u will not get. It's good for 1 or 2 days stay

Ac was not working only led was blinking, not proper toilet paper or water supply available, no safe drinking water available, most importantly frequent power cuts.

Staying at Tripura Sundari Residency was very convenient to all the business sectors. It was very nice stay there. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We stayed the night at this hotel, rooms are clean Only issue we had was no power backup and no hot water, location is Town center and it gets noisy early in the day

It was good stay for two nights staff was very nice and friendly. They never said no to me for anything. Very good hospitality.

Blanket are not clean, pretty much dust in it. Also there is time for hot water which is from morning 6 to 10 but it takes huge time to get hot water through tap.

Room was not good, bath towel given by hotel wasn't good.
