Review Of HOTEL SURAJ

The property is old. Rooms need paints and toilets need maintenance. Staffs are cooperative. Food average. Good location to stay as it is near the bus stand.

the hotel did not take any extra money as tariff charge but the cleaniness was very poor. we found cockroches mosquitoes in our room. the room which was alloted to us was horrible andpathetic. You can't literally open the window because there are mosquitos termites outside which can easily enter. There was a sudden power cut. water supply was so poor that we have waitfir hours until it become normal. Bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty. Food and beverages were extremely overpriced. you are advised not to order from hotel. As there were hardly any hotel in such location we had no other option but to stay there. Totally disappointed!

Close to all modes of transport and centrally located

the place is clean. hygienic. peaceful. one can get good food here 😊it's near to the bus stand of balasore and not very far from the balasore railway station. it is situated at the road side. so one can easily get vehicle to travel to different places from here. the friendly behavior of all the staffs working here is really commendable 😊
