Food not complementary and not upto the standard. Experience is not so good. has double the price from actual cost. It seems I should not prefer room booking.

Food was on chargeable basis instead complementary. Not satisfied at all.

It was good. The staff was professional. And we felt safe. The room, amenities and stuff was all clean and good. I hope the mmt has strict policy with the hotels such that they don't misuse the xerox copies of guests identification card.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at balasore. Extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you.
