Bath room is having small wash basin and old sanitary fittings. Poor hot water supply.

Booking experience was really good There was no provision for food and we had to walk miles for food. Location appeared to be accessible and nearby to the site seeing places though. Amenities were nil, only one piece of bathsoap and nothing else but lot of mosquitoes. Rooms were not clean. The strands of hairs of previous users were left as is and not cleared. Sinks were leaking, no water get/gun in the bathroom toilet, wondering how one will clean. No hot water and cold water too stopped in the night and morning we had to request for water after which they switched on the motor.

The rooms were excellent and pool was neatly maintained the receptionist and other staff are very hospitable.

Very spacious and well maintained room. Swimming pool is main attraction. Overall fully satisfied with stay along-with my wife and son.

Property is located near mahabalipuram beach but ambiance is not very good. It is clad-ed with sheet and looks like indoor construction not looking hotel. Swimming pool is good but other amenities are not upto mark. There is no dining in hotel and you have to arrange your dinner yourself.

It was good stay in budget and near to all the visiting places. It would be better if the hotel provide hot water and breakfast.

Spacious room but not in good condition. Old one but renovated partially. They need to replace all bedsheets and towels. Not worth for that price. Staff is good and also walkable to beach and temple.

Beds are small, can accommodate a couple only. No drinking water, no cattle for boiled water. It was a wastage of money. Only positive thing was the front desk lady was helpful and accommodate us on a bigger room after couple of minutes arguments.

The stay was a very bad experience. 1. The hotel location is good considering distance of all spots. 2. Room no 113, VIP suit allotted had no fan or window, the A/C was not working, nor the intercom, we have to struggle for two hours to have the attendant. 3. The size of the room was large with dedicated open terrace but the ocean view is now blocked. Still we witnessed a wonderful ☀ rise from the roof. 4. Finally at midnight. They shifted us to a smaller room (105), my son has to sleep on the narrow sofa as the extra cot provided was full of bug.

Totally the stay was good everything is near we can go by walk itself and the room price is a little bit high over all its good

The location is pathetic, it's next to hospital.

Hard to find and not clean locality. Ac's did not work, toilets had issues flush not working breakfast was pathetic

This venue has access through an hospital which has bad stench. Very purpose of having a break was lost the moment one lands in this horrid place. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Pl revise mtm rating to “1”

it was a pleasant stay. caretaker and hotel staffs were well behaved and helpful. i would recommend anyone looking for a budget stay close to beach👍

Owner was very polite and cooperative. Room was good although can be improved. Food can be served in better utensils. Crockery needa to be updated. No restaurant but they provide home food on breakfast order. Huge quantity suggests big heart-ed people. Can definitely become better and can get more guests.

Room was good. My kid enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.
