Heater not working , complimentary breakfast is with very limited items .water in bathrooms are not clean

The infra is good. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms we took were a bit claustrophobic and didn't let in any natural light. The swimming pool was well maintained. Would be nice if they had some floaties for the kids. Has a big play area as well

Nice facility but poorly managed and operated . Swimming pool isn't clean, full of chlorine. Breakfast start was so late (09:10am)

Location good. Ambience good. Average service. No room telecom . No kettle in room . Dustbin and old plant pot with fungus was left uncleaned when we checked in. Pool experience was good. Child pool is 3 feet and adult pool almost 6 feet. Shower rooms and rest rooms available for pool. Average complimentary breakfast ( idli/pongal/vada/sambar/2 chutneys ) dinner Chinese and tandoori prepared inside premises. Rest as per order brought from outside. Sense of wood house feel nature connectivity and silent place to hang out. Limited rooms . Hence less crowd more privacy defenitely. Weekends are crowded . I would suggest weekdays visit for better experience . Parking is in front of the resort gate. 4-5 cars can be parked . CCTV surveillance is there . Only a slide and swing available for children hangout . Overall it was an average to good experience .

The location was not confusing, very close to the prime locations. Very normal food, nothing special about it. The amenities were very pleasant, calm and the room #Peanut was cozy. The swimming pool was well maintained. Overall 7/10.

It was pretty good and worth the money I would say. I would like to know where the beach was tho since I was told they had a private beach or given the idea that they were close to a beach; couldn’t find the walking way tho (we didn’t ask the hotel staff). Food was pretty average. Room was good but a few bugs and mosquitoes would enter our room (prob some arrangement for that = repellants etc would be good). Pool could’ve been cleaner and toiletries should already be present in the room like any normal hotel (towels, tissue rolls, dental kits). Otherwise it was great.

Needed an extra towl , beddheet and early moring a tooth paste . The house keeping guys didt even bothered to provide any assistance .

property location is easy to find. we stayed in a private pool suite which is too good. it's wooden hut stay kind. overall a good experience

We had a terrific time, and the ambience was beautifully maintained. They need to improve the food that they give. Service has to be improved. Except for the food and service, everything else is good.

The place is beautiful, the wooden cottage and the swimming pool is in good condition, compact and comfy. But the negatives were- breakfast is not ready on time, said to start at 8:30 and close by 9:30, we ended up eating outside; peanut 2 room has the problem of locking the door from outside and haute view 2 has problem of locking from the inside, there is no latch raising concerns of safety and finally, the statue of a man over the pool was little obscene and not family friendly

Awful experience as there were hardly any support staff, no intercom to call the reception or housekeeping. The fridge had fungus and the flush tank was not working. In house dinner was not available. The pool had dirty water.

1) last night of the stay was terrible. It rained and the entire cottage was leaking. 2) it's not a resort. It's just a home stay. Breakfast was parceled and sent to the respective rooms. Need to make multiple requests to get a cup of tea or coffee. 3) no restaurant or in room dining. 4) beach facing - beach was more than kms away from the property. I can cite many more gaps. Had a terrible experience and i will never recommend.

Compact, full of greenery, good service

The location was nice especially the ambience was good. Room looks smaller than advertised and it was too congested even no proper place to keep luggages. Found lot of ants in and around the bed where we suffered a lot considering the safety of the kids. We found lizards as well inside the room which makes us uncomfortable being cautious all the time about this. Most importantly, once the booking is done i got a call from the resort and when i inquired about the check out time i was told i can checkout after 11. 30 to help them cleaning the room for the next guest. But i was asked to move out of the room from 10. 45 itself with multiple reminders which seems irritating though we agreed to leave earlier asap.

Enjoyed our stay here. Service was very good. Overall a good experience. Would definitely go back for a calm and peaceful stay.
